Cedars-Sinai Cancer taps VP of research

Los Angeles, Calif.-based Cedars-Sinai Cancer named Indrin Chetty, PhD, vice chair of research and director of the medical physics division.

Dr. Chetty, a radiation oncology physicist, will be responsible for development and oversight of radiation oncology physics, including clinical operations, and the research and teaching programs, according to a May 9 system news release.

Most recently, he served as director of the medical physics division and vice chair of academics for the department of radiation oncology at Henry Ford Cancer Institute in Detroit.
