Houston-based University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center and New Orleans-based Ochsner Health have established an Ochsner MD Anderson Cancer Center at Slidell (La.) Memorial Hospital.
The new center marks the eighth Ochsner MD Anderson location since Ochsner Health joined the MD Anderson Cancer Network in June 2023, according to an Oct. 6 news release from Ochsner Health.
The MD Anderson Cancer Network integrates cancer treatment plans and care standards followed by MD Anderson with hospitals and health systems across the U.S. and in Spain.
