Seattle-based Fred Hutch Cancer Center has named Holly Harris, PhD, the inaugural Bus Family Endowed Chair.
The endowed chair will support research in prevention, early detection and precision oncology related to uterine, ovarian and breast cancers, according to a Feb. 25 news release from the cancer center.
Fred Hutch has also named Jonathan Bricker, PhD, as the Endowed Chair in Cancer Prevention. Dr. Bricker shared news of his appointment in a Feb. 24 post on LinkedIn.
