The National Cancer Institute has awarded $66 million in funding to the University of Chicago to support clinical trial research.
The six-year grant will support the NRG Oncology Statistics and Data Management Center, which currently has more than 100 active clinical cancer trials, according to a June 4 news release from the University of Chicago.
NRG Oncology is a member of the National Cancer Institute’s National Clinical Trials Network program.
