The platform has facilitated about 7,000 patient interactions, according to a May 20 news release from Reimagine Care.

Of those interactions: 97% were resolved by a virtual care team or AI assistant, 94% of symptom management interactions were resolved at home, patient engagement was sustained at a level higher than industry average and patients reported an average satisfaction score of 9.3 out of 10.
