York, Pa.-based WellSpan Health is expanding cancer care services across Union, Snyder, Northumberland, Columbia and the surrounding counties.
The “phased expansion” begins in September, when Joshua Van Allen, DO, will start seeing patients at WellSpan Medical Oncology & Hematology, a service of WellSpan Medical Group, according to an Aug. 3 news release from WellSpan.
Renovations on existing space will begin in December 2026, with the renovated cancer center expected to open in spring 2027. The new center will offer medical and radiation oncology as well as infusion services.
