Chapel Hill, N.C.-based UNC Lineberger Comprehensive Cancer Center has received a $20 million gift from an anonymous donor.
The gift will support the cancer center’s Cellular Immunotherapy Program, according to an Aug. 6 news release from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Funds will also be used to expand UNC Lineberger’s Advanced Cellular Therapeutics facility and to recruit and retain faculty, the release said.
