City of Hope Atlanta, part of the Duarte, Calif.-based City of Hope network, has appointed Melissa Childress as president.
City of Hope shared news of her appointment in an Oct. 5 LinkedIn post.
Ms. Childress previously served as COO for Cleveland-based University Hospitals’ Seidman Cancer Center and as vice president of cancer services at Atlanta-based Winship Cancer Institute of Emory University.
Prior to joining City of Hope, she was a partner at healthcare consulting and advisory firm Chartis, according to her LinkedIn profile.
