Mishawaka, Ind.-based Saint Joseph Health System will invest $25 million to establish a cancer center at Saint Joseph Mishawaka Medical Center.
Construction on the Saint Joseph Mishawaka Medical Center Cancer Center will begin this fall, according to an Aug. 20 news release from Saint Joseph Health System.
The facility will provide oncology, hematology, radiation and infusion services.
Hematologist-oncologist Ebenezer Kio, MD, will join Saint Joseph Medical Group Sept. 21 as part of the cancer service expansion plans, the release said.
