South Bend, Ind.-based Beacon Health System has tapped Anas Al-Janadi, MD, to serve as the system’s first chief of oncology.
Dr. Al-Janadi will also serve as associate director for clinical and community research at the University of Notre Dame (Ind.), according to a June 17 Beacon Health System news release.
He will join Beacon Health System on June 29 and most recently served as chair of the department of cancer care services at Corewell Health, dually headquartered in Grand Rapids and Southfield, Mich.
