Cleveland Clinic plans new cancer center in $200M project

Cleveland Clinic submitted plans to the city for approval of a $200 million Fairview Hospital expansion project, including the addition of a new, nearly 170,000-square-foot cancer center, according to a Dec. 12 News 5 Cleveland report.

 “As part of our continued commitment to invest in the communities we serve, we are developing a new master plan for Cleveland Clinic Fairview Hospital,” a hospital spokesperson told Becker’s. “Plans include building a new cancer center, medical office building and parking garage.” 

The hospital is looking to break ground on the project in the fourth quarter of 2025, the spokesperson said.
