Deaconess to build $150M cancer center

Evansville, Ind.-based Deaconess Health System will build a new cancer center, expected to open in 2028.

The Cinelli Cancer Center will cost more than $150 million, according to an April 27 news release shared with Becker’s.

The health system has raised $35 million for the project to date, fueled by a “historic gift” from the Cinelli Family Foundation, the release said.
