The Medical College of Georgia at Augusta (Ga.) University has appointed David Munn, MD, director of the Georgia Cancer Center.
Dr. Munn has served as the cancer center’s interim director since March, according to a May 26 news release from Augusta University.
A pediatric hematologist/oncologist and physician scientist, Dr. Munn is also co‑director of the cancer center’s pediatric immunotherapy program.
