Kalamazoo-based West Michigan Cancer Center has reopened after temporarily closing due to flooding, according to a Dec. 1 report from CBS affiliate WWMT.

The facility had closed to patients due to a flooded elevator, an update on the cancer center’s website said.

The radiation and surgical specialty hospital partnered with Ascension Borgess Hospital and Bronson Healthcare, both located in Kalamazoo, on medical oncology services in 2021.
