Rockville Centre, N.Y.-based Catholic Health is collaborating with New York City-based Herbert Irving Comprehensive Cancer Center at NewYork-Presbyterian/Columbia University Irving Medical Center to offer cancer clinical trials and investigational drug programs.
Through the collaboration, Catholic Health is now a member of Herbert Irving Comprehensive Cancer Center’s Community Oncology Research Program, according to a July 7 news release from NewYork-Presbyterian.
Clinical trials and treatments will be conducted at Catholic Health locations across Long Island, with 20 trials already underway.
