UNC Health opens outpatient infusion center

Hendersonville, N.C.-based UNC Health Pardee, a nonprofit healthcare system managed by Chapel Hill, N.C.-based UNC Health, has opened an outpatient infusion center. 

All of the system’s outpatient infusion services will now be available at the new facility, which is part of the Pardee Cancer Center, according to a Feb. 2 news release from UNC Health Pardee.

Infusion services include chemotherapy and immunotherapies as well as regular IV medications for chronic, autoimmune and neurological conditions, and supportive infusion services.
