Houston-based University of Texas MD Anderson is the top-ranked cancer hospital in the U.S., according to U.S. News and World Report’s 2026-2027 ranking, published Aug. 4.
MD Anderson has earned the top spot for the past 12 years.
For its ranking, U.S. News evaluated 4,494 hospitals based on patient outcomes, operational structure and process, expert opinion, patient experience and transparency. Read U.S. News‘ full ranking methodology here.
