USA Health taps cancer institute leader

Mobile, Ala.-based USA Health has tapped Brian Persing, MD, as director of the USA Health Mitchell Cancer Institute.

Dr. Persing will assume the role of director May 12, according to a March 10 news release shared with Becker’s.

He will also serve as associate professor of interdisciplinary clinical oncology for the health system.
