Richmond, Va.-based VCU Massey Comprehensive Cancer Center has appointed Dimple Patel, PhD, as associate director of innovation, leadership and professional development.
Dr. Patel will also lead operations and strategy of the Executive Leadership Academy for Cancer Centers, according to a Dec. 16 news release from the cancer center.
She previously served as the associate dean of admissions at Minneapolis-based University of Minnesota Medical School.
