New Haven, Conn.-based Yale Cancer Center and Smilow Cancer Hospital have appointed Ian Krop, MD, PhD, section chief of medical oncology and hematology.
Dr. Krop will also serve as deputy director for clinical affairs, according to a June 15 news release from Yale Cancer Center.
He has served as chief clinical research officer and medical director of Yale Cancer Center’s clinical trials office since 2024.
Before joining Yale in 2022, Dr. Krop spent 20 years at Boston-based Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.
