Five cancer centers are among the 92 organizations recognized by the American Medical Association through its 2026 Joy in Medicine program.
The program honors healthcare organizations for efforts to “reduce burnout and improve the professional fulfillment physicians find in caring for patients,” according to an Oct. 7 news release from the AMA.
Organizations are recognized at the gold, silver or bronze level, and the distinction is valid for two years.
