Seattle-based Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center has tapped Shawn Stapleton as its inaugural chief AI and innovation officer.
Mr. Stapleton was also named vice president, according to an Oct. 4 LinkedIn post from Fred Hutch.
He has served as director and head of AI lifecycle management at Houston-based University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center since 2023.
