Irving, Texas-based Christus Health has tapped Steven DiBiase, MD, as medical director of the Christus Cancer Center in Longview, Texas.
Expected to open in fall 2026, Christus Health broke ground on the $36 million cancer center in January 2025.
Dr. DiBiase was also appointed as chief of radiology oncology, according to a news release shared with Becker’s.
He previously served as chief of the department of radiation oncology at NewYork-Presbyterian Queens Hospital and as vice chair in the department of radiation oncology at Weill Cornell Medicine, both based in New York City.
