Memorial Sloan Kettering taps investment leader

New York City-based Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center has tapped Whitney Snider, MD, as managing partner of the cancer center’s investment pool, MSK Ventures. 

MSK Ventures aims to “accelerate investment in and development of breakthrough oncology innovations and inventions,” according to a Jan. 20 news release from the cancer center. 

Dr. Snider joins Memorial Sloan Kettering from Alexandria Venture Investments, where she served as principal and vice president of life sciences.
