Ashland, Ky.-based UK King’s Daughters is set to acquire Tri-State Regional Cancer Center, also based in Ashland.
The acquisition, expected to close July 1, will expand UK King’s Daughters oncology services to include radiation therapy, according to an April 28 news release shared with Becker’s.
TSRCC radiation oncologists Jeffrey Lopez, MD, and Terry Justice, MD, will join King’s Daughters Integrated Practices as part of the transition, and there will be no interruptions in patient care, the release said.
