MetroHealth names cancer leader chair of surgery

Cleveland-based MetroHealth has named Natalie Joseph, MD, its department chair of surgery.

Dr. Joseph has been with MetroHealth for almost 18 years and most recently served as interim chair of the department of surgery, according to an Aug. 17 news release from the health system. 

During her time at MetroHealth, she has served as interim executive director of the cancer institute, director of the division of surgical oncology and director of the Center for Breast Health.
