New York City-based Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center has partnered with OpenEvidence to expand access to precision medicine insights.
Cancer type-specific information found in Memorial Sloan Kettering’s precision oncology knowledge base, called OncoKB, will now be integrated within OpenEvidence and alongside patient context in Epic workflows, according to a Sept. 16 news release from the cancer center.
The integration will equip physicians using OpenEvidence with “point-of-care clinical decision support to inform treatment decisions based on the molecular profile of each patient’s individual cancer,” the release said.
