Somerville, Mass.-based Mass General Brigham Cancer Institute has joined the Association of American Cancer Institutes.
“Through its dedication to community outreach and patient navigation, the cancer institute is helping ensure access to prevention, screening, and care for patients in New England and beyond,” AACI Executive Director Jennifer Pegher said in an Aug. 26 news release. “We look forward to working with MGBCI to advance our shared goals of accelerating progress against cancer and advancing health equity.”
The AACI represents 108 cancer centers in the U.S. and two in Canada.
